We have over 20 years experience crafting the ideas, designs and experiences that your business needs to remain fresh and relevant.

We’re based in Melbourne, Australia, though we each herald from small country towns. This makes us friendly, down-to-earth, hard-working kind of people.

We are dog lovers, wine drinkers, deep thinkers and above all, brand builders.

Our mission is to help small business owners define their unique and compelling brand story, and create the design tools with which to tell that story.

Vicki – Brand Strategist

After 30 years of running her own business, Vicki knows a thing or two about brand (and business).

Refresh Your Brand is a product of wanting to work less with boardrooms and bureaucracy (yawn), and more with the fire and passion that only small business owners have.

Flick – Copywriter

A long-time lover of language, Flick loves nothing more than crafting copy that is creative, compelling and which cuts through the noise like a hot knife through butter.

Her passion for finding just the right words keeps her awake at night, but also makes her an excellent scrabble player.

Em J – Brand Designer

Finger on the pulse, social butterfly, seasoned traveller, Em is our source of everything that’s happening in the world right now. This gives her a keen sense of style and sensibility.

She approaches each brand project with great care and consideration, always delivering designs that hit the mark.

Jase – Digital Designer

To balance out the estrogen levels of our awesome foursome is Jase.

He is that unicorn designer with the unique ability to develop killer brand concepts while also being literate in the mysterious world of code.

Whether designing complex websites or evolving brand visuals, he always puts the user at the heart of each project. He also puts up with a lot of girl talk.
