A brand to stand up for good
Based in the US, Inclusive Development International (IDI) partner with grassroots organisations and local communities around the world to defend their land, natural resources and human rights against threats from harmful investment projects.
The brief
The team at IDI wanted a more modern and professional tone for their brand that would provide a clear and engaging presence across all their communication.
Through consultation, we identified that the venn diagram that formed the basis of IDI’s original logo should be retained, as it was an important symbol for what they do and had already established some equity.


The solution
We used a modern but mature colour palette and professional font together with the redesigned venn symbol to produce a simple and impactful logo that would stand the test of time.
The report designs that followed the logo refresh played with type, scale and blocks of bold colour to produce an editorial style that gave both impact and integrity to the content.
